Drayden Woods Studio

Drayden Woods Studio is an artisanal brand located in Southern Maryland, specializing in hand-crafted gifts and home decor created from locally sourced reclaimed materials. The studio came to me with a vision to establish a consistent brand identity that aligns with its values and product offerings.

The creative direction focused on capturing the timeless beauty of Southern Maryland and the Chesapeake Bay. Through careful design choices, the brand identity celebrates the region's natural allure and seamlessly complements the studio's unique product range. By incorporating elements such as natural textures, earthy colors, and illustrations featuring indigenous flora and fauna, the visual identity establishes a deep connection with the Chesapeake Bay area. The resulting brand identity evokes sentimental feelings and fosters a sense of belonging within the local community, resonating strongly with the studio's target audience who share an affinity for the region.

After the brand identity was established, we collaborated on updating some of the studio’s key product designs to incorporate the updated branding, typography, and illustrations.
